Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers orders placed with Cogxim Infotech Pvt. Ltd. for our software, subscriptions and related products.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order until we confirm it. Once we have confirmed it, it can no longer be cancelled.
If an order has more than one item, the whole order has to be cancelled. Individual items in an order cannot be cancelled on their own.

How to cancel: sign in to your account, open Account settings, find the order under My orders and choose Cancel next to the product. You can also ask us to cancel it by writing to moc.mixgoctroppus.

When the cancellation goes through, we email a confirmation to your registered address and the order status changes to Cancelled.

Refunds and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or an exchange within 7 days of the shipping date, subject to our terms and conditions being met.

When you will receive your refund

Paid onlineCredited to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days of the cancellation.

Paid by NEFTShare your bank account details with us. The refund is processed within 7 to 10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

Paid by chequeRefunded once the cheque amount has cleared into our account. If the cheque has not been presented yet, we cancel it and send you a scanned copy.
